Start 9/21/16. Meet every other Wednesday.
9am: Start at the bookstore at to discuss the current reading selection from A Courage to Start by John Bingham.
(Copies of the book will be available to purchase at Anderson’s Bookshop)
9:20 to 9:30: Move to Peak Running to warm up and begin run/walk
9:30 to 10 or 10:15: Run/Walk circling back to Peak.
Until 10:30ish: Renew at Peak.
Topics will include: overall fitness, running for, show fitting, hydration, nutrition, etc.

At the 11/16 meeting we’ll take a quick survey of members to see how they’re feeling, would they want to continue, etc.
